Lookahere, I ain’t posted much (really nothing) in a minute for a few reasons.
1. I got assignments to do related to being a teacher in August (yep, they finna let me get up in front of some elementary aged kids for a living…so soulful!)
2. I’ve been in my room making beats, writing, saaaainging, composing, and tightening up Saving All The Good Beats For Myself and AD(illa)K and preparing to being what is tentatively titled Preach’s Song (see this post for reference)
3. I’ve been on Myspizzzy connecting with other emcees I happen to respect but don’t know too well (Big Sean, Small Eyez, Guilty Simpson, and some others who slip my mind at the moment as I’m listening to “The Reason” on my headphones)

Must must must show love to the man who has had a huge impact on the way I think of rhyming and producing. God bless J Dilla. Rest in peace, we can collab for real when I get up there witcha…til then AD(illa)K is my best attempt. Stay tuned for that folks!
